The course is designed according to the IIBA BABOK standards and focuses on the project management SDLC approach to implementation projects. The course practically discusses to intensive and extensive details, the roles of Business Analysts, The goal is to tutor, groom and mentor students into Professional Business Analysts with skills, knowledge, techniques, and capability to analyze, use modeling tools and deliver value on any kind of project engagement.
It is an introductory Business Analysis class for students that have no prior knowledge of Information technology and Business Analysis. Students will acquire the knowledge, skills, and techniques to analyze and validate business requirements, determine how to recommend real solutions to solve enterprise problems. Students will learn how to elicit, plan, monitor, test, document and communicate requirements in an SDLC environment throughout the entire life cycle of a project.
We strongly believe that ” There is no successful Business Analyst without practical experience, and there is no way to acquire experience if there is no practical Business Analysis engagement”. Considering the fact that there are a lot of aspiring Business Analysts who do meet the practical experience required by most employers and the level of expectations at job interviews, Our delivery is designed to adopt practical real-life case studies to provide students with practical project learning experience

Classes are delivered through the virtual classroom over a period of 3 days/week with schedule breakdown as follows:
- Virtual Classroom tutorial: 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) for a period of 7 weeks, 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Central Time)
- Practical project case study: Virtual project discussion meeting occurs 1 day a week (Every Saturdays for a period of 9 weeks)
- Continuous Assessment Test after the completion of each unit
- Course Final Examination on the Weekend of the last week: 40 Multiple questions . 75% Pass Mark required for Certificate. Students usually have 2 weeks to prepare for exam
